Tatted Arizona Flag  Arizona Flag, original design. Made in 1996 and took about 75 hours.  Dimensions are 15 1/2" long, 8" tall, staff measures 16". Won 2nd place in Arizona State Fair 1996.

Rose doily, from Workbasket Magazine.  I call this "My Mother's Rose Garden".  Her favorite roses were yellow, so I put a yellow rose in the center.  Each rose is made individually.  It took about 50 hours to make and is 10" diameter.

Baseball cap with individually made flowers sewn on.  It took about 8 hours including the hand sewing.  It took 1st place and a Special Lacemaking Award at the Arizona State Fair 1998.

Two-color flower lace.  Made with two shuttles.  About 1 1/2" tall. Took about 3 hours per foot. Took 3rd place at Arizona State Fair 1997.

Cross bookmark.  Takes about 1 hour. About 6" total length with tassel. Won 2nd place at Arizona State Fair 1989.  This was also the first entry I had ever submitted to the fair and my first ribbon ever!

Tatted Baby Cap Tatted Baby Cap.  This took about 16 hours to make.  The roses around the bottom edge are each made separately.  This item is available for sale in the Shop.

Tatted Pansy Pin Tatted Pansy.  This is a three dimensional design made up of five petals all worked on a single, central ring.  The pattern is from an old book and isn't well written, but the outcome is impressive!

Chain Reaction Lace Hanky  Lace Edged Hanky.  The lace pattern is called Chain Reaction from Tatting with Visual Patterns by Mary Konoir and is my favorite lace pattern.  It is made up of all chains so it is very easy and works up very quickly.  This particular item was done with size 80 tatting thread.

Tatted Heart Box  Tatted Heart Box.  This is the Daisy Heart pattern from Workbasket Magazine, another one of my favorite patterns to do.  The two daisies are made up as one piece, then the border is done separately.  This heart is glued to a painted paper mache box.
